SHIPPING:
All shipment are via ups-ground
PAYMENT POLICY:
Credit card orders will be shipped for selected North American customers only.
All other shipments fall under Export Policy. RB Marine Electronics reserves the right to refuse any credit card order that cannot be properly verified.
EXPORT POLICY:
All Export shipments will be charged a $25.00 International documentation fee and a 2% Credit card surcharge will be applied. Some exports at RB Marine Electronics discretion will require payment to be made via bank wire transfer and transfer must be confirmed as received prior to shipment.
RETURNS:
You have 20 days from our invoice date to return a product, provided it is new, unused, and in the original factory packaging. Please e-mail sales@rbmarine.com during regular business hours for a "Return Authorization Number" so we can expedite your credit, refund or replacement. Be sure to overpack your return, taking care not to deface the original factory packaging. Cost of any milling or unreturned components will be deducted from your credit and we reserve the right to fully examine and test returned items to insure they meet all criteria to insure you the proper credit.
Returns will NOT be accepted without an "RA" number on the outside of the package and we cannot refund return shipping charges. Please note software, electronics charts, EPIRBS, and special orders are not returnable, unless defective and then only for replacement.

After Installation...If you feel a product is not performing correctly, please contact the appropriate factory for assistance. For your convience, a full listing of all manufactures phone numbers is included with you order. Many times, this simple call can resolve the difficulty you may be experiencing. And remember there is no substitute for reading the included operation/installation manuals!
